International quality standard for non-formal education and training providers
ISO 29993:2017 is an international standard for the management of non-formal learning services, aimed at improving the quality of non-formal education. It sets out the guidelines a non-formal education organisation needs for managing its quality system as well as its human and material resources, risk and hazards.
Note: ISO 29994 is complementary to ISO 29993 and is applied together with it.
